Kitchen Team Member – Wayne & Freda Café

Wayne & Freda is a busy community hub comprising a counter service "cafe" style restaurant, a retail store and a coffee roastery. Our focus is a high quality offering coupled with a positive welcoming environment in all departments. We seek employees and leaders that love being part of a team and fostering a great experience for guests.
What you'll do:
- Prep, prepare, and cook menu items
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen
- Communicate stock levels and kitchen needs to leaders
- Work collaboratively with a supportive team
- Uphold food safety and cleanliness standards
What we're looking for:
- Kitchen experience is an asset, but not necessary
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Pride in keeping a clean and orderly workspace
