Responsibilities
- First point of contact for customers.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, and in-person.
- Provide accurate information about products and services, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Assist customers and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to enhance customer experience and company revenue.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues efficiently and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or related roles, with strong communication skills in English.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse customers.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Prior experience in a customer service role.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a fast-paced work environment
