We are looking for a Warehouse Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair conveyor systems and warehouse automation equipment, including autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) and robotic systems. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working in automated warehouses and can quickly diagnose equipment failures, perform repairs, and return equipment to service with minimal downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on conveyor systems.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues.
- Diagnose and repair warehouse robots and automation equipment.
- Remove malfunctioning robots from the warehouse floor and transport them to the workshop for repair.
- Replace defective components, perform testing, and return repaired robots to operation.
- Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and minimize production downtime.
- Inspect and maintain motors, gearboxes, belts, rollers, sensors, and drives.
- Document maintenance activities and completed repairs.
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and lockout/tagout (LOTO) requirements.
- Work closely with warehouse operations to ensure equipment reliability.
Required Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience maintaining conveyor systems in a warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environment.
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing warehouse robots, automated equipment, or similar machinery.
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills; electrical troubleshooting experience is an asset.
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Ability to read basic mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in an automated warehouse or fulfillment center.
- Knowledge of PLCs, sensors, motors, VFDs, and pneumatic systems.
- Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related technical training is an asset.

Pay: $17.85-$25.00 per hour
