- Prospect restaurant owners, operators, franchise groups, and hospitality brands
- Conduct outbound calls, email outreach, and follow-ups
- Book qualified discovery calls and demos
- Identify operational pain points within restaurant groups
- Build and manage pipeline activity within CRM systems
- Work closely with leadership to refine messaging, targeting, and outbound strategy
- Help build scalable outbound processes as the company grows
