Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and personable Senior Nail Technician to join our professional beauty team. Duties
- Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails and nail art with precision and attention to detail
- Maintain high levels of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and equipment
- Deliver outstanding customer service by understanding client needs and offering personalized recommendations
- Upsell retail products such as nail care items and skincare products to enhance client results and increase sales
- Educate clients on proper nail care routines and aftercare instructions
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and positive reviews
- Assist in retail sales efforts to promote salon products and services effectively
Experience
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician with a strong portfolio of nail art and design skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with clients professionally and warmly
- Demonstrated knowledge of sanitation standards and safety protocols in a salon environment
- Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on creating a relaxing, welcoming atmosphere
- Ability to upsell retail products naturally while maintaining focus on client satisfaction
- Retail sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is essential
Pay: $15.00-$30.00 per hour
