The Position:
We’re looking for a Restaurant Manager to lead our Mount Pleasant team. The candidate we will select will be able to thrive in a high-paced environment and be a collaborative team leader. This is a full-time, permanent role with competitive pay based on experience, plus benefits.
A Day on the Job:
As the Manager, you’ll oversee daily operations, lead and motivate staff, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain high standards of food quality and cleanliness. You’ll manage scheduling, inventory, and training, and be the go-to person for both team members and guests. Assist in daily operations on site.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Commitment to daily store operations
- Class 5 driver's license
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Resilient attitude and high work ethic
- Ability to work a combination of days, evenings, and weekends
- Food Safety and Serving It Right certifications (required or willing to obtain)
- Passionate about hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support front and back-of-house teams
- Be an efficient leader and worker
- Manage staff scheduling and training
- Monitor inventory and place orders as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer concerns with professionalism and care
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
- Collaborate with ownership on business goals and improvements
