Quantum Industrial Solutions is seeking a capable Field Supervisor to lead crews in industrial and civil infrastructure work.
This role is responsible for managing daily site operations, keeping crews productive, maintaining safety standards, ensuring quality workmanship, and representing QIS professionally with clients, contractors, inspectors, and project teams.

Responsibilities
- Lead daily field operations and keep crews organized, productive, and accountable.
- Coordinate labour, tools, equipment, materials, site access, and daily work plans.
- Ensure work is completed to QIS standards, project specifications, and client expectations.
- Enforce safe work practices, PPE requirements, site rules, hazard assessments, and company safety procedures.
- Complete daily reports, photos, time tracking, safety documents, and project updates accurately.
- Communicate clearly with Project Managers, clients, inspectors, subcontractors, and crew members.
- Identify delays, deficiencies, changed conditions, and potential change order items.
- Train, coach, and support crew members while maintaining clear expectations.
- Protect company equipment, tools, vehicles, materials, and reputation.
- Bring practical solutions to field challenges and help improve how work gets done.

Skills & Qualifications
- Supervisory experience in civil construction, industrial services, infrastructure rehabilitation, coatings, linings, utilities, mining, oil and gas, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Practical understanding of job site safety and hazard control.
- Ability to read scopes of work, drawings, specifications, and site instructions.
- Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable using phones, tablets, email, digital forms, photos, and daily reporting systems.
- Valid driver’s licence required.
- Experience with confined space work, coatings, concrete rehabilitation, pipe or culvert rehabilitation, or trenchless technologies is an asset.

Pay: $55.00-$70.00 per hour
