Duties

- Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain proper storage procedures.
- Ensure all dishes are prepared in accordance with established recipes and restaurant standards.
- Monitor kitchen cleanliness and sanitation practices to comply with health regulations.
- Collaborate with restaurant management to develop new menu items and improve existing offerings.
- Serve as a leader in the kitchen, fostering teamwork and maintaining a positive work environment.
Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and food service within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Supervising experience with team management skills to lead kitchen staff effectively.
- Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and handling procedures.
- Excellent leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Familiarity with restaurant management operations including inventory control and menu development.
