Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Guest Service Agent to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming experience. This role involves managing guest inquiries, handling reservations, and maintaining smooth front desk operations to uphold our hotel’s high standards of hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
- Manage multi-line phone systems to handle reservations, inquiries, and guest requests efficiently
- Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services
- Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain the front desk area in a neat and organized manner
- Process payments and manage billing transactions accurately
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and record keeping
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to deliver seamless guest experiences
Shifts are 7 am to 3 pm, 3 pm to 11 pm, 11 pm to 7 am.
Someone with the flexibility to work all shifts as needed will be highly considered.
We are looking for someone reliable, punctual, who can work well independently or as part of a team, with excellent customer service, communication and problem-solving skills to join our award-winning team.
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. Applicants must currently be authorized to work in Canada without restriction.
