Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to our recipes and quality standards.
- Supervise and assist other kitchen staff during shifts.
- Ensure food is prepared safely and hygenically.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
- Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies.
- Help develop daily specials and menu items.
Requirements
- Completion of Culinary Program.
- Food Handler Certification.
- Experience as a First Cook, Line Cook or similar role.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work with others in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Positive Attitude.
- Red Seal certification an asset but not required.
