Job Overview
We are seeking a versatile and experienced General Handyman/woman to join our team. This role involves performing a wide range of repair, maintenance of residential and commercial properties.
Duties
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance
- Perform repairs involving plumbing, carpentry, and general building maintenance
- Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with all safety protocols during maintenance tasks

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing facility-related concerns promptly and professionally
- Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, parts used, and repairs performed
Requirements
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or manufacturing environments with hands-on repair skills
- Supervising experience is highly desirable for leadership responsibilities
- Strong mechanical knowledge and familiarity with schematics, electrical systems, and troubleshooting techniques
- Experience working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and CMMS software is preferred
- Skilled in welding, electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, or related trades
- Excellent communication skills in English to coordinate with team members and stakeholders
- Ability to read technical diagrams and schematics accurately
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to facilities maintenance and industrial environments
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
- Customer service orientation with a proactive approach to problem-solving
