Office Coffee Route Delivery Representative
Miller & Bean is a Toronto-based Office Coffee Service company. We provide coffee, snacks, beverages, water, and break-room supplies to business clients throughout Toronto and the GTA.
We are looking for a full-time Office Coffee Route Delivery Representative to join our team.
This is a physical, on-the-road route delivery role. You will start your day at our Etobicoke warehouse, load our delivery van, follow an assigned route, deliver products into office buildings, stock and organize client break-room areas, and represent Miller & Bean professionally with our customers.
This is not a desk-based customer service position. The right person will enjoy driving, being active during the day, working independently, and taking pride in maintaining a regular group of business clients.
Responsibilities
- Drive a company vehicle on an assigned route throughout Toronto and the GTA
- Follow safety procedures and traffic laws while operating company vehicles
- Load products into the vehicle at our Etobicoke warehouse
- Deliver coffee, snacks, beverages, water, and break-room supplies to business clients
- Bring products into office buildings using carts, elevators, loading areas, and service areas
- Stock and organize client break-room areas as required
- Keep client areas neat, clean, and professionally presented
- Communicate politely and professionally with customers on site
- Build positive working relationships with regular client contacts
- Accurately complete basic route notes, delivery records, and work updates
- Report customer needs, site issues, product shortages, or equipment concerns
- Help with warehouse, vehicle, inventory, and daily preparation tasks when needed
- Complete occasional business pickups and operational errands during the route day
Requirements
- Valid Ontario G driver’s licence
- Clean driving record
- Comfortable driving in Toronto and the GTA, including downtown areas
- Able to perform physical work, including regular lifting, loading, unloading, carrying, bending, reaching, and being on your feet for much of the day
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs when required
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Professional, friendly, and calm when dealing with customers
- Organized and able to follow route instructions
- Comfortable using a smartphone for route notes, communication, and basic work updates
- Strong communication skills in English
- Previous experience in delivery, route service, courier work, vending, merchandising, warehouse, food service, catering, grocery, hospitality, or similar work is an asset
Schedule
- Full-time, Monday to Friday
- Daytime hours
- Typical start time is approximately 7:30am
- Finish time may vary depending on route volume, traffic, and daily business needs
Compensation
- Starting compensation: $48,000 to $52,000 per year, based on experience
