Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and adhere to responsible serving practices.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders.
- Knowledge of current drink trends, menu items, and specials to enhance guest experience.
- Follow all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure the health and safety of customers.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service is preferred.
- Strong cash handling skills with basic math proficiency.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations related to food handling.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a team-oriented environment.
