Lead Carpenter / Red Seal Carpenter – Residential Renovations

We are currently looking for an experienced Lead Carpenter / Red Seal Carpenter to join our team.
You will be working alongside an apprentice carpenter and will play a key role in mentoring, leading projects, and maintaining a high standard of workmanship across all jobs.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead residential renovation projects from start to finish
- Framing, roofing, siding, and interior finishing work
- Mentor and guide an apprentice carpenter on-site
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
- Communicate professionally with clients when needed
- Ensure work is completed to a high standard
What We’re Looking For:
- Red Seal Carpenter (preferred) or strong equivalent experience
- Well-rounded skillset: framing, exterior work, and fine finishing
- Leadership ability and confidence running a job site
- Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
- Own tools (basic minimum required)
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle
