What You'll Do
Operations Leadership
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure excellent guest experiences
- Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and brand standards
- Monitor labor, food cost, and overall profitability
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies
Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members
- Create staff schedules and manage labor budgets
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback
- Build a positive and high-performing team culture
Business Performance
- Drive sales and profitability targets
- Analyze weekly and monthly business results
- Implement local marketing initiatives to increase guest traffic
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience managing labor costs, food costs, and restaurant KPIs
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in quick-service or casual dining restaurants
- Experience with Japanese cuisine or ramen concepts
- Multi-unit leadership experience is an asset
