Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic 1st Person to join our food service team. The ideal candidate will assist in food preparation, ensure food safety standards are maintained, and deliver excellent service to our customers. Responsibilities
- Serve customers promptly and courteously, ensuring a positive dining experience
- Assist in food preparation and meal assembly according to established recipes and standards
- Support cooking activities by preparing ingredients and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen
- Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment throughout shifts
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and restaurant policies
- Assist with restocking supplies and organizing kitchen areas for efficient workflow
- Support team members during busy periods to ensure timely service
Skills
- Prior experience in serving, food preparation, or food service is required
- Knowledge of cooking techniques and meal preparation processes
- Understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace under pressure
