Responsibilities

- Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining kitchen equipment to ensure smooth operations.

- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen at all times.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
- Handle special dietary requests and accommodate guests' preferences as needed.
Experience
- Proven experience in a Chef role or similar position within the food industry.
- Strong knowledge of food handling practices, food safety regulations, and kitchen management.
- Experience in supervising kitchen staff and managing team dynamics effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with bartending is a plus but not required.
