Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Restoration Project Manager to oversee and coordinate restoration projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and hands-on experience with facilities maintenance and cleaning. This role is essential in ensuring that restoration projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. The position offers an opportunity to lead a dynamic team while delivering exceptional service to clients in need of restoration solutions.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all phases of restoration projects, including planning, execution, and completion
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project goals are met on time and within scope
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and custodial equipment to perform repairs, cleaning, and maintenance tasks
- Conduct facilities maintenance activities as required during project execution
- Supervise cleaning operations for commercial spaces and ensure adherence to safety standards
- Perform heavy lifting and physical tasks necessary for project progress
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including timelines, budgets, and progress reports
- Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and company policies
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding project status, expectations, and any issues that arise
- Lead a team of technicians and custodial staff, providing guidance and support throughout each project phase
Experience
- Must be proficient in Xactimate and Xactanalysis
- IICRC certification preferred
- Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and cleaning equipment used in restoration work
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage client relationships professionally
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients alike
- Prior supervisory or project management experience is preferred but not mandatory; leadership qualities are essential
- Must have a valid drivers license.

Pay: $65,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
