Medical Aesthetician
BTS Advanced Skin & Medical Spa is looking for a passionate and motivated Medical Aesthetician to join our growing team!
We're looking for someone who loves skincare, enjoys building relationships with patients, and is excited to learn and grow in a supportive clinic environment. While previous experience is an asset, we're happy to provide training on our services, products, and clinic systems for the right person.
This role is a combination of performing aesthetic treatments while also assisting with the day-to-day operations of the clinic. We're looking for someone who enjoys being part of a team, takes initiative, and isn't afraid to jump in wherever needed.
Responsibilities, but not limited to
- Perform treatments such as laser hair removal, laser facials, facials, and other medical aesthetic services
- Educate patients on skincare products and treatment plans
- Assist with patient consultations and treatment preparation
- Prepare treatment rooms before appointments and ensure they are cleaned, sanitized, and reset between patients
- Assist throughout the clinic with cleaning, laundry, stocking supplies, organizing inventory, and general day-to-day tasks to help the clinic run smoothly
- Support reception when needed
- Create social media content, including posts, stories, before & afters, and educational content while actively helping promote the clinic and our services
- Help create a warm, welcoming experience for every patient from the moment they walk through the door

- Eager to learn new treatments and technologies
- Comfortable recommending products and treatment plans, and making sales
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A positive attitude with a willingness to help wherever needed
- Comfortable creating social media content and representing the clinic online
- Reliable, self-motivated, and excited to grow with a small business
Position Details
- Part-time (approximately 16-24 hours per week)
- Mondays are required, with flexibility on additional days
- Performance-based wage reviews
- Training provided on treatments, skincare lines, clinic protocols, and systems

Pay: $19.00-$30.00 per hour
