Duties
- Assist with commercial driving responsibilities, including transporting goods and equipment safely and efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring satisfaction during interactions
- Perform heavy lifting as needed to move supplies, equipment, or materials within the facility or for delivery purposes
- Support operational tasks such as inventory management, documentation, and scheduling
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to coordinate activities and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in work areas to promote a secure environment
- Assist with administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and reporting to support daily operations
Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) or relevant driving experience is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently
- Excellent communication skills for clear and effective interactions with clients and team members
- Prior experience in an operational or logistics role is a plus but not required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation for commuting and job-related travel
