Kelowna Paint Supply (formerly Benjamin Moore Kelowna) is looking for a dependable, hardworking team member to join our growing team.
This is not your typical retail position. You'll spend your day helping customers, preparing orders, tinting paint, receiving inventory, stocking shelves, and keeping our operation running smoothly. We serve homeowners, contractors, painters, cabinet makers, and builders throughout the Okanagan with premium paints, stains, and professional coatings. Every day brings new projects, new customers, and new challenges.
What You'll Do
As a Retail & Warehouse Associate, you'll play an important role in both customer service and day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting customers with product selection and order pickup
- Tinting and preparing paint orders accurately
- Receiving and organizing inventory shipments
- Stocking shelves and maintaining warehouse organization
- Loading customer vehicles with paint and coating products
- Processing sales and customer orders
- Supporting contractors and trade professionals with material pickups
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
- Working collaboratively with the sales and colour consulting team

Previous experience in retail, warehouse operations, construction, trades, delivery, logistics, paint, or building supplies is considered an asset but is not required.
Physical Requirements
- Regularly lift and move products weighing up to 50 lbs
- Stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the day
- Safely load and unload paint and coating products
- Work comfortably in both retail and warehouse environments

Schedule & Availability
- Full-time position (30–40 hours per week)
- Weekend availability required
- Evening shifts required (store hours 6:30 AM–6:30 PM)
- Training will take place in our Kelowna location
