Our client is looking for an organized, dependable, and tech-savvy Administrative Support professional to become the backbone of their office. This is more than a reception or administrative role, you'll play an important part in supporting their leadership team, employees, and day-to-day operations. What You'll Do
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the leadership team with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Greeting visitors and responding to employee and client inquiries
- Coordinating new employee onboarding and setting employees up in company systems
- Managing employee records and HR administration
- Posting jobs and assisting with recruitment activities
- Providing administrative support for Health & Safety programs
- Setting up and supporting office technology, including computers, tablets, and cell phones
- Preparing documents, reports, and correspondence
- Assisting with data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records
- Providing backup support to the Accounting Technician when required
- Helping maintain an organized, professional office environment
- Assisting with special projects and other administrative duties as needed
What You'll Bring

Qualifications Required:
- Grade 12 diploma or equivalent Strong computer and organizational skills
- Preferred: Post-secondary education in Office Administration or a related field
- Four or more years of office administration experience, preferably in the transportation or oilfield industry
- Experience with Axon software
