Plaza Dental Suite is seeking an experienced, confident, and highly organized full-time Dental Receptionist to join our brand-new practice in Windermere.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently and takes pride in creating an exceptional patient experience. We are looking for a strong front-end team member who can keep the office running smoothly and efficiently.
Position Details
- Full-time, 40 guaranteed hours per week

About the Practice
This is a satellite practice that is associate-driven. The owner dentist will not be working on site on a daily basis, so we are looking for someone who is dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable taking ownership of the front office. We believe in empowering our team members and maintaining a positive workplace without micromanagement.
Responsibilities
- Welcoming and checking in patients
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Managing phone calls and patient communications
- Insurance submissions and treatment estimates
- Accounts receivable and payment processing
- Coordinating the daily schedule
- Supporting a smooth and professional patient experience
Qualifications
- Previous dental reception experience is required
- Familiarity with Open Dental is considered a strong asset
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Professional, friendly, and reliable
- Able to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
