Electrical Journeyman
Location: CEG Drayton Valley
Job Type: Full-Time
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Journeyman Electrician to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, packages and repairing electrical systems while ensuring all work is completed safely and in compliance with applicable codes and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and electrical codes.
- Perform inspections and testing of electrical systems.
- Collaborate with project managers, supervisors, and other trades to complete projects on schedule.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Qualifications:
- Valid Journeyman Electrician certification.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety practices.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
