We are currently looking for an experienced Service Manager!
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Oversee and manage the service department
- Attend to guests through service order process
- Ensure maximum profitability and efficiency in the service department
- Interview, hire, train and provide effective leadership
- Ensure dealer is compliant with manufacturer standards and regulatory bodies
- Appropriately and efficiently handle all customer issues or complaints
- Achieve higher than region CSI/SSI
- Maintain a safe and positive work environment and adhere to all safety standards
Skills and Attributes:
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-driven, motivated
- Experience with PBS is an asset
- Trustworthy, reliable
- Valid driver’s license
- Automotive service knowledge and experience required (minimum 2 years)
