Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth office operations. This role requires strong computer skills, proficiency with office software, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently. Prior experience in book keeping is a plus, but not mandatory. The Office Administrator plays a vital role in supporting our team and maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, including and answering phone with professionalism and courtesy
- Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization
- Utilize Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks for various administrative tasks such as scheduling, invoicing, and record-keeping
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
- Assist with bookkeeping duties and maintain financial records as needed
- Ensure the office environment is organized, clean, and efficient to promote productivity
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role; experience inoffices is highly desirable.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
- Excellent computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in data entry and proofreading tasks
- Effective communication skills with professional phone etiquette and customer service experience.
- Prior experience in bookkeeping or financial record management preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional administrative training or certification is a plus
Pay: $16.50-$18.00 per hour
