We are seeking a hands-on Assistant General Manager to support daily restaurant operations, lead a team, drive guest experience, and help deliver strong operational results. This role is the right-hand to the General Manager and plays a key role in developing people, maintaining standards, and creating a positive, high-performing culture.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Leadership & Team Development
- Support hiring, training, coaching, and development of team members and future leaders
- Lead pre-shift meetings and ensure the team is set up for success each day
- Create a positive, supportive, and accountable culture while maintaining high standards
- Provide real-time coaching and feedback to improve performance and guest experience
- Partner with restaurant leadership to develop team members and drive results
Operations & Guest Experience
- Lead shifts as Manager on Duty and oversee daily restaurant operations
- Ensure food quality, cleanliness, food safety, and guest service standards are consistently met
- Actively manage the floor, support the team, and resolve guest concerns professionally
- Monitor speed of service, operational flow, and overall guest satisfaction
- Maintain strong execution of company systems, procedures, and operational standards
Business & Financial Performance
- Support labor, food cost, inventory, ordering, and operational efficiencies
- Assist with receiving, inventory counts, and proper food handling procedures
- Partner with leadership to understand business metrics, financial performance, and restaurant goals
- Help drive profitability through strong execution and operational consistency
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5 years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume environment
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
- Sound financial and business acumen related to restaurant operations
- Passion for hospitality, people development, and guest experience
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Flexible schedule with availability to work various shifts
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer and internet navigation skills
- Food and/or alcohol certification (or ability to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
Compensation & Benefits:
- Up to $60,000 Base Salary
