We’re looking to add experienced drivers to support our busy delivery operation.
Position Overview
We are hiring AZ licensed dump truck drivers to operate our fleet of dump trucks for local deliveries.
This role involves delivering bulk landscape materials safely and efficiently, with a strong focus on customer service and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate dump trucks (single axle, tandem, or tri-axle depending on license)
- Deliver aggregates, soils, mulch, and landscape materials to residential and commercial job sites
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Safely dump materials in a variety of site conditions (tight residential areas, job sites, etc.)
- Communicate clearly with dispatch and customers upon delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of assigned truck
- Follow all safety regulations and company procedures
Requirements
- Valid AZ driver’s license
- Clean driver’s abstract and CVOR
- Minimum 2+ years experience operating dump trucks (preferred)
- Strong understanding of safe driving practices and load handling
- Ability to navigate residential areas and construction sites
- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
Assets (Not Required but Valuable)
- Experience with tri-axle or float trucks
- Knowledge of landscape materials and job site operations
- Equipment experience (loader, skid steer, etc.)
- Ability to assist in yard when required
