Guest service agent is responsible for answering telephones, data entry of reservations and guest information as well as providing exceptional customer service. Guest service agents are required to work shift work , which consists of 7-3 and 3-11 weekdays and weekends. Guest service agents work in a very fast paced environment, multitasking skills would be a strong asset.
