You became an Osteopathic Manual Therapist to help people move better, feel better, and reconnect with their bodies, not to work alone in a room, hustle for clients, or feel like your work exists in a silo.
At Revival Therapeutics & Performance, we believe great care happens when skilled practitioners slow down, listen deeply, and work together.
You’ll be part of a collaborative team that looks beyond symptoms, treats the whole person, and values thoughtful, results-driven care. Here, you’ll be respected for the impact you create, the relationships you build, and the way you contribute to a stronger client experience, not just how many appointments you can pack into a day.
We’re looking for an Osteopathic Manual Therapist who is passionate about helping clients recover from pain, improve movement, restore confidence, and feel genuinely cared for.
Who We Are
Revival Therapeutics & Performance is a multidisciplinary pain management and performance clinic in Airdrie, Alberta.
We help clients recover from pain and injury, improve performance, and restore trust in their bodies through a combination of manual therapy, movement, education, and advanced therapeutic technologies.
Our team works closely together. We share insights. We co-treat when appropriate. We communicate. We celebrate client progress together.
Collaboration is not a slogan here, it’s how we get results.
Our values guide everything we do:
- Collaboration — We heal better together.
- Community — We care deeply about people, not just conditions.
- Culture — We lead with respect, honesty, and curiosity.
- Communication — We listen first and speak with clarity and care.
We run the clinic with a few non-negotiables:
- Honest intent: we assume the best in each other, and we communicate directly when something needs to improve.
- Respect: every client, every team member, every person, every interaction.
- Growth mindset: we stay coachable, we keep learning, and we help each other get better.
- Ego at the door: no one wins alone here. We care about high standards, accountability, and being part of a team.
The Role
Position: Part-Time Osteopathic Manual Therapist
Employment: Contractor, Permanent
Start Date: July
Location: 108, 120 2nd Ave NE, Airdrie, AB
Growth Potential: Strong opportunity to build into a consistent, long-term caseload
You’ll have the freedom to treat using your training, clinical reasoning, and professional judgment while being supported by a team of practitioners who want to see you succeed.
You’ll work alongside athletic therapists, massage therapists, and other multidisciplinary providers to help clients get to the root cause of pain, improve function, and build long-term resilience.
This is not a room-rental environment where you are left to figure everything out alone.
We provide the structure, team support, internal referrals, admin systems, and clinic culture to help you build a meaningful practice.
You’re a Great Fit If You:
- Believe in treating the root cause, not just chasing symptoms.
- Care about helping clients understand their body, their pain, and their path forward.
- Value collaboration and want to work with a team that communicates openly.
- Are professional, grounded, reliable, and emotionally intelligent.
- Want a long-term role that grows with you.
- Enjoy working with clients who want to move better, perform better, and live with less pain.
- Are comfortable educating clients and contributing to their full care experience.
- Want to be part of a clinic that feels professional, personal, and purpose-driven.
- Are motivated to keep learning and refining your craft.

- Completion of a osteopathic education program equivalent to: approximately 4+ years of osteopathic education, 4,200+ total hours, and at least 1,000 hours of supervised clinical training. We’re seeking a practitioner who has completed a comprehensive osteopathic education program, ideally a D.O.M.P. or equivalent full osteopathic diploma/degree pathway. This role is best suited for someone whose primary training is osteopathic manual practice, with extensive in-person education, supervised clinical hours, and membership in good standing with a recognized osteopathic association.
- Membership in good standing with a recognized manual osteopathic association.
- Professional liability insurance.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Strong understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, assessment, and manual therapy principles.
- Excellent communication and client-care skills.
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to work alongside other practitioners.
- Commitment to ethical, client-centred care.
Assets
- Experience working in a multidisciplinary clinic.
- Understanding of massage therapy, kinesiology, athletic therapy and movement-based care.
- Experience with chronic pain, injury recovery, athletes, active adults, or performance-based clients.
- Availability for evening or weekend shifts.
- Interest in building a long-term caseload within the Revival team.
What We Offer
- A professional, supportive, team-driven clinic environment.
- Strong internal referral opportunities.
- Admin and marketing support so you can focus on care.
- A growing multidisciplinary brand with strong community trust.
- Flexible scheduling options.
- Above-industry-standard compensation.

- Discounted in-house treatments and access to advanced therapeutic technologies.
- Free parking, laundry support, and a positive clinic culture.
- Team events, continuing education opportunities, and regular mentorship conversations.
- A place to build roots, not just pick up hours.
You’ll Love It Here If…
- You want your work to be seen, understood, and valued.
- You want to extend your impact and help more clients.
- You’re tired of working alone.
- You want to be part of a team that actually talks to each other.
