Job Summary
We are seeking a server/ Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve beverages, including alcoholic drinks, to customers following standard recipes
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations when necessary
- Maintain cleanliness of the dine-in / bar area and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and restock bar supplies as needed
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages
Qualifications
- Previous experience in bartending or a similar role is an asset
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively
- Familiarity with cashiering procedures and cash handling
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach
- Experience in the restaurant or food service industry is a plus
