Key Responsibilities:
- Project Oversight: Lead projects ensuring all objectives regarding quality, schedule, budget and safety are met.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for Site Superintendents, clients, architects, consultants and trades to ensure project objectives are met.
- Financial & Resource Management: Perform project estimating, equipment specification, pricing and procurement.
- Risk Mitigation: monitor schedules and costs to forecast and neutralize potential risks.
- Document Control: Manage submittals, permits, change orders and comprehensive project records.
- Field Coordination: Manage utility shutdowns, building penetrations and City inspections/occupancy permits.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Post-secondary, technical education (BCIT or equivalent) in Construction or Project Management.
- Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in the commercial and industrial construction sector.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong familiarity with the BC Building Code and a deep understanding of construction sequencing/methodology.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills for reporting to clients and representing the owner at site meetings.
- Requirements: A valid BC Driver’s License and a high level of proficiency in time management.

Salary: $91,000.00 to $115,000.00 per year
