- Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences from vehicle demonstration to delivery.
- Conduct product presentations, test drives, and vehicle orientations.
- Educate customers on Polestar technology, charging, and ownership.
- Prepare vehicles to ensure they are delivery-ready.
- Support showroom events and customer engagement initiatives.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless delivery process.
Qualifications
- Valid Class 5 B.C. driver's licence.
- Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or automotive.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for technology and electric vehicles.
- Professional, organized, and customer-focused.
