Our client is currently seeking hardworking and reliable Labourers to join their team in Newmarket/Holland Landing. This is a hands-on role involving both indoor bagging duties and outdoor labour, ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work and being part of a fast-paced team.
What you’ll be doing:
- Performing indoor bagging and sorting duties
- Assisting with general labour tasks outdoors
- Supporting site operations and maintaining a clean work environment
- Following all health and safety procedures
- Working as part of a team to meet daily operational goals
What we’re looking for:
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting, bending, standing for extended periods)
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
- Previous labour or waste/recycling experience is an asset, but not required
