Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Listing Department Administrator to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in managing property listings, coordinating communications, and supporting the overall efficiency of the department. Duties
- Manage and update property listings across multiple platforms with accuracy and timeliness
- Coordinate with agents, clients, and vendors to gather necessary documentation and information
- Assist in marketing efforts by preparing promotional materials and online content
- strong technical/computer skills and ability to learn new programs quickly with supervision
- Maintain organized records of listings, contracts, and related documents
- Support the team with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and managing correspondence
Requirements
- Verifiable computer and technical skills - ability to learn new programs quickly without supervision.
- Solid working knowledge of all Social Media platforms
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a professional demeanor
- Familiarity with CRM and online listing platforms is a plus
Pay: $26.00-$30.00 per hour
