Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast items, including eggs, pancakes, breakfast meats, and other specialty dishes with precision and flair
- Follow recipes and food preparation guidelines to ensure consistency and quality in every plate served
- Handle food safely by adhering to proper food handling procedures, sanitation standards, and hygiene practices
- Serve guests efficiently with friendly and professional customer service, ensuring their dining experience is memorable
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including equipment, utensils, and workstations, throughout your shift
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and notifying management of supplies needed
- Support team members during busy hours by collaborating effectively to deliver timely service
Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or food service environment
- Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques
- Excellent serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and positive interactions
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Kitchen experience that demonstrates familiarity with kitchen equipment and meal assembly processes
