Overview
High-Definition Concrete Ltd. is currently seeking an experienced and reliable Customer Service Rep/Dispatch to join our team. High-Definition Concrete is a multigenerational concrete company privately owned and operated in the Greater Vancouver Area. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The Customer Service Rep/Dispatch supports daily operations by coordinating orders, schedules, and customer communications
A Customer Service Rep/Dispatch at High-Definition Concrete, your job responsibilities will consist of, but not be limited to, the following:
Key Responsibilities
· Take and process concrete orders accurately, including mixed designs, quantities, delivery times, and job site details
· Coordinate closely with dispatch, plant operators, and drivers to schedule deliveries and resolve issues
· Enter orders, tickets, and customer data into the company system
· Assist with general office duties as needed, including filing, reporting, and data entry
· Support sales staff with quotes, order follow-ups, and customer account maintenance
· Maintain organized records of orders, delivery tickets, and customer communications
· Monitor job progress and proactively communicate delays, changes, or delivery updates
· Resolve customer concerns, complaints, or billing questions in a professional and timely manner
· Monitor daily schedules and communicate delays, weather impacts, or job changes to customers and internal teams
· Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and DOT / industry regulations
Requirements & Qualifications
· Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, dispatch, or logistics
· Understanding of scheduling, order processing, and coordination
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and office systems
· Strong written and verbal English communication skills
· Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
· High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Schedule
- Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays as business needs require.
- Standard 8-hour workdays, with overtime on weekdays as required by business needs.
