Afternoon Shift -Monday to Thursday 3:30pm to 2am (1 Position, On the job training 30-90 days, Monday to Friday 6:30am to 3pm)

Typical job duties:
- Ensure continuous production, minimizing down time.
- Machine operator for wax injection
- Uses small hand tools and power tools to remove defects from parts
- Work closely with supervisor/team leader, and other members of your team to coordinate your daily activities.
- Ensure that all the equipment function properly and notify your team leader of any malfunction that may occur.
- Use product criteria and activity instructions for guidance.
- Daily verifications of working tools
- Verify that there is enough material to keep production constant
- Working close with your supervisor and colleagues to eliminate non-value added operations.
- Is responsible for reading the process sheets.
- Is responsible for entering production in computer.
- Is responsible for the general housekeeping of the area and is responsible for using the proper safety precautions.
- Cross trained in a variety of areas throughout the facility.
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES
- Ability to understand activity instruction
- Ability to handle hoists
- Meticulous and detail oriented
- Able to follow direction and problem solve (continuous improvement)
- Priority and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and part of a team.
- Must read, write, and comprehend verbal and written activity instructions. Ability to learn to read and understand sketches, designs, and plans.
- Ability to use measuring instruments (metric and imperial).
- Some heavy lifting up to 40 lbs required
- Candidate must be willing to be trained in all areas of production
