Job brief
We are looking for a responsible person (or couple) to join our team. This is a live-in position with the goal of ensuring the highest standards be maintained.
In this role, you are responsible for identifying and addressing the needs of residents and perform tasks to ensure things run smoothly.
You are the first point of contact for current and prospective residents alike, and take care of the daily tasks that come along with managing the building.

Responsibilities
- Jack or Jill of all trades
- Property upkeep - cleaning, outdoor maintenance – snow clearing, mowing, gardening, etc
- Showing rental units to prospective tenants
- Facilitate internal communication between Residents and Kay Four Properties
- Suggest more efficient ways to run the property and troubleshoot malfunctions
- Make reports to Head Office
- Complete all required paperwork and perform other related duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
· 3+ years building management and caretaker experience is an asset
· Computer literacy
· Demonstrated proficiency in written/oral communication in the English language
· Experience in customer service is an asset
· Knowledge of office procedures
· Clear Criminal Record Check required
