At Stride Sports & Physiotherapy -Jagare Ridge , we aim to be a leading force for the promotion of health and physiotherapy practice in the Edmonton area.
We are looking for a friendly, reliable person to fill an Administration position. The successful applicant should be an excellent communicator, detail oriented, quick learner, have strong organizational, multitasking and time-management skills and welcome the challenge of working in a busy, fast paced clinic setting.
Clinic Hours: Monday-Friday 7AM-830PM, Saturday 8am-2PM
Responsibilities
- Manage front desk duties, including greeting visitors and answering multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
- Maintain organized filing systems both electronically and physically, including document proofreading and record keeping
- Handle customer support inquiries via phone or email, providing excellent phone etiquette and customer service
- Assist with scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings
- Support bookkeeping activities such as invoicing, billing, and basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and other administrative documents with attention to detail
- Support office operations by managing patient records, insurance paperwork, and appointment reminders (if applicable)
- Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, and maintaining office supplies
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role; experience in medical or dental offices is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional data entry accuracy and proofreading skills
- Outstanding customer service abilities with professional phone etiquette
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with front desk operations and multi-line phone systems preferred
- Corresponding with Motor Vehicle adjusters, Workers Compensation Board Case Managers and other insurance company representatives
- Strong typing skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role

Pay: Starting at $17–$18/hour, with opportunities for wage increases following probation based on performance, experience, and growth within the role.
Please note: starting compensation is determined based on experience and role fit, with opportunities for performance-based increases following the probationary period.
Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
