- B.Sc. (Chemistry, Biochemistry, Molecular biology, Microbiology and immunology preferable).
- Proactively seek new business opportunities to expand Chem Science's market presence.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of sales prospects to improve market position.
- Foster strong, long-term relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Act as a trusted advisor, addressing client needs and exceeding expectations.
- Designed and executed account-specific sales and marketing strategies to support revenue growth.
- Collaborated with internal teams to ensure alignment with customer objectives.
- Manage relationships with assigned accounts while generating new business opportunities aligned with company goals.
- Promote Chem Science customer-centric approach to build long-lasting partnerships.
- Develop and implement annual territory and business plans to achieve budgeted sales objectives.
- Utilise insights and analytics to prepare business reviews and identify growth opportunities.
- Represent Chem Science at industry workshops, tradeshows, and professional associations.
- Stay informed on market trends, technological advancements, and competitive activities.
- Monitor and analyse competitor activities to identify market opportunities.
- Leverage insights to adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as reporting, documentation, and account updates, as required.
- This position requires travel inside Ontario to meet customers. Thus, one must own a car.
- The company will provide the car allowance/Mileage.
Qualifications and Skills
QUALIFICATIONS:
- B.Sc. (Chemistry, Biochemistry, Molecular biology, Microbiology and immunology preferable).
- Strong mastery of the English and French language (both written and verbal) is required
- Knowledge of Laboratory glassware and consumbales ,Molecular Biology Kits and Biochemicals is preferred.
- Must be responsible with high organisational skills
- Independent and able to manage multiple timelines and objectives successfully
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office Word/Excel/PPT
Summary
As an Outside SalesRepresentative, you will be instrumental in driving sales and fostering relationships with clients. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will leverage your core skills in customer service, communication, and sales to identify new business opportunities.
