Duties & Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Guide customers through product selections and deliver interactive demonstrations to elevate their in-store experience.
- Sales Excellence: Drive revenue through high-end consultation, strategic upselling, and closing retail transactions to exceed store goals.
- Front-End Operations: Process point-of-sale (POS) transactions, handle cash accurately, and maintain secure checkout procedures.
- Account Management: Manage inside sales pipelines by answering inquiries, tracking special orders, and nurturing client profiles.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain premium floor aesthetics by resetting displays, restocking inventory, and tracking product availability.
- Brand Advocacy: Implement local marketing initiatives to attract foot traffic and drive repeat customer loyalty.
- Showroom Updates: Collaborate with local contractors and internal teams during seasonal floor renovations or display builds.
- Daily Maintenance: Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and styled according to brand guidelines.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Mobility: Ability to reliably commute to and work across 3 different regional store locations.
- Experience: Proven experience in premium retail sales, clienteling, or inside sales environments.
- Communication: Exceptional English communication and interpersonal skills; secondary language skills are highly valued.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with modern POS software, inventory databases, and basic retail math.
- Sales Acumen: Strong background in product demonstrations, luxury upselling, and consultative selling techniques.
- Versatility: Previous exposure to home design, hardware, or construction environments is a strong asset.
- Adaptability: High organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving showroom environment.
Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
