Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are cleaned and presented to the highest standards. Your attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall experience for our clients.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of both the interior and exterior of vehicles, including washing, waxing, and polishing surfaces.
- Vacuum and shampoo carpets, seats, and upholstery to ensure a pristine environment.
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces for optimal visibility.
- Apply protective coatings to surfaces as needed.
- Inspect vehicles for any damage or necessary repairs and report findings to management.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing area and equipment.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring satisfaction with services rendered.
Experience
- Previous experience in automotive detailing or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid driver's license may be required depending on job responsibilities.
