The Mission
You are not here to “do sales.” You are here to change how manufacturers produce.
Your Objective:
- Generate qualified opportunities, consistently
- Turn conversations into contracts
- Replace outsourced cutting with in-house production
- Build territory momentum that compounds year after year
- Become the trusted expert customers call before they make production decisions
You will own the relationship from first contact to signed deal.
Your job is to turn interest into revenue.You will not be measured by activity.You will be measured by outcomes.
What You’ll Own:
- Lead the full sales cycle for industrial laser cutting systems across Canada and the United States
- Generate and manage your own pipeline: prospecting, qualification, proposals, negotiation, and close
- Build relationships with manufacturers and fabricators and become their first call for production solutions
- Guide technical discussions around throughput, tolerance, ROI, and operational efficiency
- Work directly with engineering and production teams to scope custom machine configurations
- Navigate financing conversations and help customers justify investment decisions
- Maintain forecasting, CRM discipline, and opportunity management in High Lead
- Bring competitive intelligence and customer insight back to strengthen the business
- Own your territory like it’s your business

Performance-based compensation structure
Expected earnings: $100,000–$200,000 +
Compensation dependent on experience, results, and existing book of business
