Overview
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing strategies, including e-commerce, SEO, and paid advertising. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop and execute innovative campaigns across multiple platforms, enhancing brand visibility and driving online engagement. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing various digital channels, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing campaigns to achieve business objectives.
Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and email marketing campaigns.
- Manage and optimize e-commerce websites using WordPress, ensuring high performance and user engagement.
- Conduct keyword research and SEO audits to improve organic search rankings and website visibility.
- Create compelling graphic content using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, and graphic design principles for digital ads, social media posts, and website content.
- Utilize Google Analytics and other analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, analyze user behavior, and generate actionable insights.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns through Google AdWords/Google Ads, adjusting bids and targeting to maximize ROI.
- Maintain website content updates with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL as needed for technical enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all digital channels.
- Stay current with the latest trends in digital marketing, including new tools, platforms, and best practices.
Experience
- Proven experience in digital marketing or related roles with a focus on e-commerce platforms.
- Strong knowledge of SEO techniques, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, HTML/CSS/JavaScript basics.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads/Google AdWords campaigns and Facebook Advertising management.
- Familiarity with SQL for data analysis and website management is a plus.
- Experience in email marketing strategies and tools is desirable.
- Ability to analyze data effectively to optimize campaigns and improve overall performance.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
