<Job Summary>
Join our dynamic optical laboratory team as an Optical Lab Office Assistant, where your enthusiasm and attention to detail will drive excellence in optical care. In this vital role, you will handle receptionist responsibilities including answering the phone and managing visitors. This position will also be responsible for inventory and will be trained to be a backup for all the lab activities.
<Responsibilities>

- Manages all office activities including answering phones, correspondence, and customer support.
- Effectively and pleasantly interact with customers both on the phone and in person.
- Organize and schedule customer visits as required.
- Conducts inventory regularly and ensures that inventory is set at levels to ensure the technician always has required stock.
- Works closely with the technician to learn all duties (over time) that will allow them to be an effective back up technician when needed.
- Other duties as directed.

<Qualifications>
- Must possess a university degree.
- Office and/or customer service experience is required.
- Pleasant personality and neat appearance
- Computer knowledge with spreadsheet abilities
- Excellent communication skills. Vietnamese language skills would be a plus.
- Fluent mathematical abilities
