Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Business Development Representative to join our team. This role involves developing new business opportunities utilizing our partnerships, managing client accounts, and expanding our market presence through effective planning and sales strategies. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills in outside sales, team management, business development and marketing strategies with a focus on B2B sales .
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, and market research and new campaigns.
- Manage existing client accounts along with customer experience team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare and conduct product demos and presentations to prospective clients where necessary.
- Utilize CRM software such as Pipedrive to track clients engagement, opportunities, and customer interactions
- Negotiate and close deals effectively while maintaining positive customer relationships.
- Offer and possibly upsell additional products or services to existing clients to increase revenue
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns for lead generation
- When necessary provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, forecast sales, and develop strategic plans for growth
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a strong track record of meeting targets
- Familiarity with CRM software or other CRM tools
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong business development abilities with experience in territory management and lead generation
- Ability to conduct product demos and technical sales presentations
- Knowledge of marketing strategies related to outside sales or direct sales is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining high levels of customer interaction
- Analytical skills for data analysis and strategic planning in a competitive environment
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to prospecting and closing new business opportunities
- Some management experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
