Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail oriented baker to join our team. The ideal candidate has a passion for baking, enjoys working in a fast paced environment and takes pride in producing consistent, high quality products.
Key Responsibilities:
- prepare and bake a variety of products including breads, pastries and other baked goods.
- follow recipes accurately while maintaining consistency in taste and presentation
- measure, mix and shape doughs
- maintain a clean and organized workspace, following food safety
- help with opening and closing duties as required
- collaborate with team members to ensure efficient daily production
Qualifications:
- previous baking experience in a commercial setting preferred.
- knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients and food safety
- ability to work early morning shifts and stand for extended periods
- strong attention to detail and time management skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a small team
Pay: $19.00-$24.00 per hour
