POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Creative Designer to join our marketing team. In this role, you will help bring the ergoCentric brand to life through engaging digital and print assets across a variety of marketing collateral, websites, social media, sales tools and internal communications.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, passionate about design, and comfortable working within brand guidelines while contributing fresh creative ideas. Strong technical skills in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Acrobat, are essential. Experience with Premiere Pro, WordPress, and Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems is considered an asset. They should also be current with evolving marketing and creative industry trends, including emerging AI-powered tools and workflows used in design and content creation. Familiarity with generative AI platforms and AI-enhanced creative tools within the Adobe Creative Suite is considered a strong asset.
Standard Job Duties
· Create high-quality digital and print-ready assets for marketing campaigns, social media, product launches, presentations, email marketing, and website content.
· Design and update marketing collateral including brochures, spec sheets, information sheets, catalogues, and price books using the Adobe Suite.
· Edit and enhance images using Adobe Photoshop to support digital campaigns and product marketing initiatives.
· Prepare and manage PDF documents, forms, using Adobe Acrobat.
· Collaborate with the Creative Director and marketing team to develop visually compelling and brand-consistent creative materials.
· Familiarity with AI-assisted creative workflows and tools, including generative AI and AI features within Adobe Creative Suite, with an interest in applying emerging technologies to marketing and design projects.
· Support website content updates and digital publishing through CMS platforms such as WordPress.
· Organize, maintain, and upload creative assets within Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems.
· Assist with light video editing and motion graphics projects using Adobe Premiere Pro (considered an asset).
· Ensure all creative assets align with brand standards and campaign objectives.
· Review, revise, and prepare final files for digital and print production with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
· Stay current with design trends, tools, and creative best practices.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s or diploma in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
· 1-3 years of experience in graphic design.
· Proficiency in design software, especially Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
· Experience working with CMS platforms such as WordPress a strong asset
· Familiarity with Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems.
· Excellent attention to detail and a strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, UI and UX.
· Ability to interpret and execute based on creative briefs and feedback.
· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively with the Creative Director and other team members.
· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $52,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
