Overview
We are seeking a motivated Entry Level Field/Office Coordinator & Project Technology and Systems Coordinator to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop foundational skills in IT support, network systems, and project coordination within a dynamic environment. This position involves supporting technical operations both in the field and office settings, ensuring smooth project execution and system functionality.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues across various operating systems including Windows, macOS, and Linux.
- Assist with desktop support, help desk functions, and troubleshooting software or hardware problems.
- Support computer networking tasks such as LAN setup, firewall configuration, and VPN connectivity.
- Manage service requests using tools like ServiceNow, Jira, BMC Remedy, and assist with incident tracking and resolution.
- Coordinate project activities related to technology systems, ensuring timely updates and effective communication between teams.
- Support system administration tasks including operating system updates, software installations, and basic network configuration.
- Assist in troubleshooting connectivity issues related to LANs or firewalls and ensure system security protocols are followed.
- Maintain clear documentation of technical procedures and support tickets to facilitate ongoing system improvements.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Experience
- Prior experience in IT support, help desk roles, or desktop support is preferred but not required; training will be provided for entry-level candidates.
- Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows, macOS, and Linux is advantageous.
- Basic understanding of computer networking concepts including LANs, firewalls, VPNs, and network security practices.
- Experience with ticketing systems like ServiceNow or BMC Remedy is a plus.
- Strong communication skills are essential for effectively assisting users and documenting issues clearly.
- Knowledge of software troubleshooting, hardware components, and operating system management is desirable.
- Customer service orientation with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment is important for success in this role.

Pay: $48,879.90-$94,773.89 per year
